Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number.

Shipping Locations

• Domestic Shipping: We ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
• International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
• We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

• Delayed Delivery: If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team at info@ecobathlondon.us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
